Bookky is a full appointment booking platform built entirely by GCDS. It's not available anywhere else — no app store listing, no free trial, no competitor using the same thing. When you build with us, it comes with your site.

Clients choose a service
Services are listed with clear descriptions, durations, and pricing. If you offer the same service at multiple lengths, clients pick the one that suits them — all in a single clean step.
They pick a team member
Clients can select a specific staff member or choose "No preference" to be matched with whoever's available. Each team member only appears for the services they're assigned to.
They pick a date and time
A real-time availability calendar shows only genuinely open slots — accounting for working hours, breaks, holidays, and existing bookings. No double-bookings. No back-and-forth.
They enter their details
Name, phone, email — plus any custom fields you need. Returning clients who've created an account are autofilled in seconds.
Payment — your choice
Full payment upfront via Stripe, a deposit to secure the slot, or simply reserve with no payment at all. Bookky supports all three — and you can change it any time from your dashboard.
Instant confirmation
Client receives an email confirmation with all their booking details, a link to manage or cancel, and an option to add the appointment to Google or Apple Calendar.

iCal feeds
Each team member gets a private calendar feed URL they subscribe to once in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Their bookings appear automatically — live — in whatever app they already use.
